We want you to have fun surfing through our website and seeing all the cool gifts we sell. We want to make it easy for you to order what you want and be happy with what you get so you’ll come back and shop some more.
Found something you love, something you just have to have? You can order it through the web site, email us at email@example.com or you can call us at 413-212-6880 and place your order over the phone. Just leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can to take your order. You can also contact us through direct messages on Instagram and Facebook.
A lot of what we sell is handmade and one of a kind. Not all of it but a lot of it. We take our own photos of everything but they rarely do justice to the actual products. But we take a lot of pictures to show you all the angles and colors so you can see what you’re getting. Of course, colors online may look a bit different because of computer and monitor settings. If you want extra photos, just ask. We are happy to take more and email them to you.
Many of our items are unique and one of a kind so there will only be one in stock. When someone buys a one-of-a-kind item in the store, we try to mark it as “sold” on the website as soon as we can. If you happen to order something before we can mark it “sold,” we will refund your money ASAP.
We get so excited when someone places an order, that we rush to pack it up and ship it right away. Usually, we process the order within 24 hours and get it in the mail within 2 days. So, if you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible before we ship it out.
When you order via the web site, payments can be made through PayPal or with a debit/credit card through Stripe. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can use your own credit card on the PayPal site. Your credit card information will never be shared with us.
Note: Please do NOT write to the PayPal address or reply to your PayPal receipt if you have a question. I will not see it. Only correspond with our firstname.lastname@example.org email please.
There is no sales tax on items shipped out of New York State. Items being shipped within New York State are charged 8% sales tax on the total sale including shipping (when applicable). It’s not our fault. It’s the law.
We ship out orders within 3 days via USPS Priority Mail. The tracking number is emailed to the customers. Requests for expedited shipping can be made at extra cost; please contact us for details. Shipping and handling rates are based on weight of items and packaging. Orders from the United States can be made on the web site. International orders are handled personally.
Worldwide shipping is available. Please contact us to arrange international shipping. Just send us an email or message with the items you want to order and your address so we can figure out the shipping cost and send you an invoice via email. (Please note: we have no way of predicting or controlling how long an article may be delayed by Customs, which on some occasions may be several weeks). Additional charges (sales tax and duties, for example) may apply on some orders to some countries. These charges are determined by the import and customs regulations of the destination country. Consequently, these charges will not be included in your total at checkout and we cannot predict or do anything about the regulations in other countries. Please check with your local postal service.

If an item you receive arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item. Save all the packing materials and we will work with you to arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
(A) If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it in it’s original condition within 7 days of receipt for an exchange – unless the item was marked as “final sale.” Please contact us to start the process.
The item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags still attached. The item must be repacked using secure packing materials. We recommend insuring the package as well. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
If you wish to exchange the item immediately, we will ship out the new item when we get back the original item. When you get your new item, that is considered a final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. If you don’t see something you want in exchange, you may return the item for a store credit. Only 1 exchange can be processed per order.
(B) If an article states it is a “final sale,” there are no exchanges or refunds. It’s final.
(C) If an article arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to solve the problem. You can send the damaged item back to us by registered mail with a tracking number, with the original packaging, within 48 hours of receipt. We will attempt to fix the item and return it to you as soon as possible. If we cannot fix it, as long as the item is unused, we will refund the cost of the item or give you credit for a replacement item (with no further shipping charge).
(D) We take pride in what we sell and we try our best to describe them and photograph them with accuracy. If you truly feel you have not received what you thought you ordered, contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to make it right. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order. We can provide additional photos and/or descriptions as needed.
(E) If your package does not arrive, please check your tracking information. You may contact your local post office for more details. If you contact us, we will call the post office. If the package is lost, we will file a claim with the post office to get the cost of the order back. If the lost items were not one of a kind, we will send out replacements. Otherwise, we will refund your payment when the claim is paid to us.

All payments are made through PayPal which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology to insure that your online purchase is handled securely.
