My Yiddishe Vegan is the latest e-cookbook from the award-winning web site, The “V” Word. It contains 50 vegan recipes, mostly gluten-free that are perfect for the Jewish holidays or any day!

These recipes are vegan versions of classic Jewish dishes and recipes the author, Rhea Parsons, grew up eating and/or avoiding. “This e-book is filled with recipes that are a part of my Jewish identity, past and present. Many are dishes my Mother made during my childhood but veganized. Others are new recipes I have developed.”
